"I got frustrated trying to browse"
I was just trying to look through some products for myself, but the website made it more annoying than it needed to be. Pages were a little slow, and I kept having to click around just to find basic info I wanted. It technically works, but it didn’t feel smooth at all. After a while, I just got tired of dealing with it and gave up.

"Didn’t really hold up for me"
I wanted to like it, but it just felt kind of cheap right out of the box. Reading between the lines, I probably should’ve expected it not to last long, and sure enough, it broke quickly.

"Delivery was fine, just a little uncertain"
My order showed up a bit later than I expected, but everything was in the box, so that was good. The tracking wasn’t super clear, though, and I can’t really say for sure if the delay was on the store’s end or the delivery company. Overall, it was okay, just not the most reliable experience.

"Wish there were more flavors that weren’t so sweet"
I went on olesmoky.com expecting to find a bunch of fun flavor options, but a lot of them just started to feel the same after a while. Like, if you’re into sweet flavors, sure, there are choices, but if you’re not? Good luck. A few sounded good, but I was really hoping for more variety instead of everything leaning in the same direction. The site itself is totally fine and easy enough to use, I just wish the flavor lineup had a little more range.

"Decent order, shipping cost was more than I expected"
My order went fine and everything showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. I just expected the shipping to be a little cheaper for the size of what I bought. Overall, it’s not a bad shop at all, but the delivery cost felt a bit high to me...

"Promo worked for me"
I figured I might as well try the promo since I was already going to buy it anyway, and it actually went through and saved me a bit of money. It wasn’t a massive discount or anything, but a little savings is still worth taking.

"I tried a few of the Ole Smoky..."
I tried a few of the Ole Smoky flavors and honestly... they were all good. The peach one was probably my favorite since it was smooth and not overly sweet. I’d definitely pick it up again.

"Tried it last weekend"
I tried it last weekend after meaning to pick it up for a while, i was surprised by how smooth the taste was. By the second sip, I knew I’d probably be getting it again.

"Not really worth the price"
Not gonna lie, I was expecting a little more for the price. It’s not a terrible product or anything, but it just feels average, and a few parts came across as kind of cheap.

Shipping was fine and there weren’t any major issues there. I just don’t really feel like the overall value is there, and I’d probably rate it higher if it cost less

"Box was fine, but the bottle had little marks"
The packaging itself was okay and the box didn’t look crushed or anything, but the bottle had a dent and a few noticeable scratches on it. I know it’s a small thing, but I kept noticing the scuffed spots, especially around the side, so it was a little disappointing.

"Pretty good selection lately"
I’ve checked olesmoky.com a few times, the most recent time was solid. Most of what I was looking for was in stock, which made the whole thing easy. There were still a couple flavors missing, and that was a little frustrating, but they had enough other options that I didn’t really mind too much. The site is simple to browse and see what’s available. I’d probably give it 4 stars.

"The crowds were a bit overwhelming"
The long lines and messy crowd made things feel frustrating at times. I was hoping it would be a little more relaxed, but we still managed to have an okay time overall.

"Support got back to me fast"
I had a question about my order and was expecting it to take a while, but support replied quickly. It didn’t all get fixed right away, but they kept following up and helped me get everything sorted. Small win for me: I didn’t have to chase them down, which made the whole thing way less stressful. Overall, good customer service.

"Arrived fast, but updates were confusing"
It actually got here faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The shipping itself was smooth and I didn’t have any issues with the package, but the communication along the way was kind of unclear. I wasn’t really sure when it had shipped or when to expect it until it basically showed up.

"Fun distillery vibe, but yeah busy"
We stopped in just while walking around, kind of random, and it ended up being a fun little visit. The atmosphere was really good, with music going, people laughing, and that old distillery kind of look that feels cool without trying too hard. The staff was moving things along well too, even with it being crowded all over. I’m giving it 4 stars because it did get loud, like hard-to-talk loud, and finding a spot to stand or sit was not the easiest thing. Still had a good time though.
